Professional career
Me Amélie Gingras practices primarily in civil and commercial litigation.
She joined the firm as a lawyer in the fall of 2025, after completing her professional internship with the École du Barreau.
As a litigator, Me Gingras acts in a broad range of matters, including bankruptcy and insolvency law, civil liability, contractual disputes, construction law, professional liability, and disciplinary law. She also represents clients in extraordinary remedies, including injunctions, declaratory judgments, safeguard orders, and seizures.
