Professional career
Mr. Gino Cillis’s practice focuses primarily on business law and transactional. He has a particular knowledge in business mergers and acquisitions, sale of enterprises and in corporate reorganisation.
He acts for his clientele in connection with real estate projects implementation and participates in the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements, namely shareholders’ agreement, commercial leases, licencing and supply agreements.
Most active in the fields of generational business transfers and trust constitution, he has given several lectures to contractors on those topics. He represents different financial institutions and private investors in the setting up of financing of various nature.
Mr. Cillis is also involved in the negotiation of a variety of agreements with various stakeholders of the health care field.
