Jacques Cossette-Lesage

Mr. Cossette-Lesage practises mainly in the fields of Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Financing.

His clientele is mostly composed of various entreprises and entrepreneurs in the industrial, manufacturing and technology sectors. He represents and advises clients on their various business projects, whether in terms of mergers and acquisitions, private equity financing or public offerings, strategic alliances and corporate restructuring. As part of its various mandates, Jacques Cossette-Lesage has advised his clients on several legal aspects specific to certain transactions, in particular cross-border transactions and financing, foreign economic sanctions, application of the Competition Act (Canada) and other regulatory restrictions.

Jacques Cossette-Lesage serves as a director or corporate secretary of public corporations and not-for-profit organizations.

He is also a lecturer and trainer at various organizations.

Acted for Bois d’œuvre Cedrico in its acquisition of PBM Solutions Structures, overseeing the negotiation and closing of this major transaction.
