Professional career

Ms. Victoria Lemieux-Brown practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, professional liability and disciplinary law. She devotes part of her activities to extraordinary remedies, administrative law and shareholder disputes.

She practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, including disciplinary and administrative law, civil and professional liability, breach of contract, shareholder disputes, real estate law, injunctions and other protective measures. Her practice also includes various files in bankruptcy and insolvency law.

In the course of her practice, she is called upon to advise and assist a diverse clientele on a regular basis and to represent their interests before judicial and administrative authorities.

She has written several articles and is involved in the legal and business community as a speaker.

Me Lemieux-Brown was recognized by the prestigious legal directory Best Lawyers 2024 and 2025 – Ones to Watch in Canada for her practice in civil and commercial litigation.
