Ms. Michel Demers practises mainly in the fields of Corporate Law, Commercial Law and Financing.
Mr. Demers practices in various business law-related fields.
During his career, Mr. Demers has developed a particular knowledge namely in business mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, privatization of public corporations, as well as in bank and government entities financing.
He also acts as counsel for government entities in the negotiation of public infrastructure agreements.
Mr. Demers was named Best Lawyer of the year in 2021 and 2024 the prestigious legal directory of The Best Lawyers in Canada for his work in Corporate Law.
