Professional career

Louis-David is a business law attorney at Stein Monast. He primarily focuses his practice on transactional law, particularly in the context of mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and business start-ups.

He advises and assists his clients at every stage of their projects, ensuring the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements of all kinds.

After completing his legal training, Me Dionne obtained in 2020 a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in business management from Université Laval (Québec), which provides him with an in-depth understanding of the financial and operational challenges his clients face.

His pragmatic approach and keen business sense enable him to offer effective and tailored legal solutions that meet the specific needs of each organization.
