Émilie Nadeau

Professional career

Ms. Émilie Nadeau practises mainly in the fields of insurance law and civil litigation.

More specifically, she is involved in files regarding damage insurance and professional liability. She also practices in commercial litigation and in construction law. Émilie has also developed qualifications in group insurance of persons (disability, life and travel insurances) matters, having work in this field prior to joining Stein Monast.

Member of the Bar since 2009, she regularly pleads before courts of different jurisdictions.

Honours

Ms. Nadeau is recognized in the prestigious legal directory The Best Lawyers in Canada in the 2025, 2026 and 2027 editions for her work in Construction Law.
