Ms. Caroline Tardif works mainly in the fields of Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Restructuring, Litigation and Dispute Resolution.
Ms. Tardif practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of civil liability, breach of contract, disputes between shareholders and all emergency procedures, such as obtaining injunction orders and protective measures. She also devotes a significant part of her activities to banking law and restructuring-insolvency, particularly in terms of financing, collection, realization, recovery and insolvency. She mostly represents secured creditors, trustees, and monitors. She is also involved in professional liability cases, in particular for accountants, architects and engineers.
Ms. Tardif regularly pleads before the courts and her practice covers all areas of litigation, whether in terms of advice, conflict resolution and representation before the courts.
Ms. Tardif is recognized in the prestigious legal directory The Best Lawyers in Canada in the 2025 and 2026 for her work in Corporate and Commercial Litigation and Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Law.
